it wil depend a lot on how much Kai continues to regress
Rhoden is not as good as ramy- rodens back is a weaker point next to ramy who has improved his back but stil needs more thiickness

I think that if Ramy was gonna have a big gut, it would've happened already.

That said; he should not try to get any bigger. He should just refine what he already has.

In 5 years, there will be some ripped 350 lb guy on stage and the "next level" will be set. The guys from the 70's will look like female fitness competitors by comparison. The wheel continues to turn.

most sports are very young. Only 2 generation of living people, and not even that in most cases. Drugs is very new also...interesting future! There is room for big progress in all sports!

I doubt that Ronnie is bigger. Ronnie was 287lb at the 2003 Olympia.

Ramy was around 310lb (and shorter)
