The last pic looks like a Nigerian/West African woman who is dressed up in traditional garb for a function and has taken the a unique spin of said traditional garb and the Union Jack.
You are probably right but the point still stands about people
dressing outlandishly for attention.
I always believed your presence and personality should make you
stand out. It is embarrassing to see people trying to draw attention
to themselves (by their clothing, ect.) when they may not even be aware that
the reason they are dressed that way is to bring attention to themselves.
