1. Kept his mouth shut.
2. If he had to say something He should of accelerated away

Did the car intentionally hit him or was the driver trying to pass him,  it looked like illegally because of the solid yellow lines, and accidentally clip him? Also are we sure it was a hit and run, and the video not show the driver pulled over?

It seems I see a lot of those on crotch rocket type bikes riding between traffic and on shoulders of roads, I'm surprised there aren't more bike accidents, especially when you consider the amount of bad drivers in general.

Horrible accident anyway you look at it.
