yes. from what i understand this is important to vince and if something so little, that can be done so fast, will make that much of a difference in another persons life then i see no good reasons not to.

Is the only criteria for blue stars that you compete or haven't competed? if so he deserves them, not that anyone should lose sleep about it but just dish em out if that's the case
