As long as that is one of the criteria to be awarded the blue stars and that it applies to everyone and "bad" behavior is clearly defined.

So as it stands now the conditions to be awarded blue stars are:

1. Having competed in a legit bodybuilding contest (legit yet to be defined).
2. Have to have competed after 1970.
3. No bad behavior on GetBig ("bad" yet to be defined).
4. No bad mouthing the IFBB and their officials.
5. Ron must like you. (Standard for being "liked" to be understood as completely arbitrary).
