I don't know exact figures, but I remember hearing a million views or so nets around 5-6k... so probably not much coin in Lee's thong from the videos

I read this:

His estimate of a reasonable revenue for a partner is $2 per 1,000 views. If we extend that to 1,000,000 views, we would expect $2,000 in revenue from a video with 1 million views.

And this:

On an average, $1 for 1000 views. So 4 million views would mean about $4000, could be more, could be less. It was reported that the Gangnam Style video, which had over a billion views, made about $8 million.

But to be eligible to get a payout, you need to be a partner; once you get a good number of views, you'll easily be accepted.

Damn, even worse than I had heard. I wonder how much his superman panties and trophies brought in. I like Lee and always thought he was a phenomenal bodybuilder. I imagine he sold all his "memorabilia" because he needed the cash, but would like to think he did it out spite and disdain for the sordid bodybuilding industry.

So if he does 2 video's a week at 200,000 views each they make $400 a video? That's not bad at all. Especially if it keeps going up and people go back and watch past video's as well.

Some lady on youtube loves buying disney products. She makes youtube videos of her opening up disney toys. She made 5 million dollars in 2014 by doing this lol.

This video is almost 12 million views i only found this because the kid was made into a meme. I wonder if she made much off it.

I think the kid was featured on some ad in Brazil and it helped blow up.

I have videos that have hit well over 100,000 views and I'm nobody.

The only way to make money is if you are using it, FB, IG or TWATTER as a tool for advertising something.... AND IT HAS TO BE SELLING!!!!!

Youtube doesn't pay you. If anything, they ad their own ads to your shit and promote themselves by your views with using ads from major corporations, which is why you now have to watch for anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds to view a video. Also, they now 'roll-over" into videos that you would NEVER have clicked on.

Aint no money in Youtube for you. Not in an everyday situation.

I have pics on Google of my digital art and on Flickr that have hundreds of thousands of views. ....

Pay me. Yeah, right.

Whatever site that money figure came from is full of crap. Lee is doing it for fun. He would have to be sponsored, and that DOES NOT mean that they are running Geico ads before his vids play.
