Then keep that guy close by so he can put some weights on your "lap" while you do dips!

Never understood the desire for large flutes on a man, Ideally I'd like not to work the glutes at all and have the type of hamstring that when viewed from the side stick out further that the glutes.
That being said barbell hip thrusts are supposedly a good excercise for those wanting to work that area

Do all 3 without resting for as many sets as you feel you need.

That has become the new flavor. As creepy as asking someone to place weights on your lap while you do dips, that movement. Fuck no, I'd never do that shit in a public gym or any direct glute machine where you're on all 4's and kick back your leg.

I have pretty damn good butt. The shape was there genetically, but I had to work a lot to bring it out. I'm afraid aside heavy squats there aren't many exercises that would be as effectuve. But it's possible to shape it without squats, just more work.
