The Hollywood star and former governor of California said that he could do better job than the current American leader.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Hollywood star and bodybuilder, believes that he would be a better President than Barack Obama.

However, the 67-year-old actor who was the governor of California from 2003 to 2011 cannot run for presidency due to his Austrian origin.

"I wouldn’t switch my position with anybody. But everyone knows that if I was American-born I would probably run for president. I could do a better job than these guys can, trust me,” Schwarzenegger said in an interview with news.com.au.

The US has repeatedly proposed to nominate Schwarzenegger as a presidential candidate and make relevant amendments to the Constitution to allow those who were born outside the United States to participate in the election. Schwarzenegger admitted the he supports this initiative, but believes that the plan will not be implemented in the short run.

As for now, Schwarzenegger is looking forward to the release of a new “Terminator” movie which will hit the screens on July 1, 2015. The actor reprised his iconic role as the Terminator, which made him famous worldwide.

I was lurking and this thread caught my eye. That being said I hate Obama more than words can describe. for the most part Arnold was cock blocked more times by his lib counterparts it wasn't even funny. Not only can Arnold do a better job than Obama but a high school class (fuck, even Jr. high school) president can do a better job than this scam artist.

Or extremely republicans/conservative. They would just do as bad as a "libtard." Anyone with such strong ideologies can rarely ever do a good job because they are unwilling to waiver in their opinion. Its just like the crazy religious people. None of them are willing to move just a little because of their stringent belief system. They all think they have a monopoly on the "Truth." I assure you that an extreme republican or democrat will face the same difficulties due to their "black and white" thinking. Don't think its just a "libtard" problem.

I wouldn't mind a president who is less stringent on each end, and willing to make right decisions based on good evidence and facts and a sound understanding of the issue.

Actually, you can. Even Republicans in California agreed that Arnold was a failure by the time he left office. The state had a $30 billion dollar budget whole when he exited and that is just one example of his many failures. The next GOP candidate, Meg Whitman, agreed he did a poor job which made her job as a candidate next to impossible (like McCain trying to follow Bush) though Meg had serious problems of her own. So, no, Arnold could not be an effective candidate much less an executive.
