Back was weak for first several years. I brought it up a great deal eventually with lots of sets of heavy deads / pulls, pullups, and barbell bent rows. Lots of sets and most importantly learning how to train it properly.

Chest improved dramatically early on once I learned to train it properly and stop working delts and tris on "chest" exercises.

Calves still suck - they're bigger than they were early on (not saying much) but never became an impressive bodypart. Much of their "growth" is due to my whole body getting much bigger over the years. The fact that my thighs are huge makes it worse.

Does anyone have some before and after pics for the points like calves? That'd be interesting to see.

Sheer fantasy. It's why calf implants exist.

My quads have never  responded quite the way I'd like. Hams and calves come up some but quads stay the same. I'm past the point of sweating it.

I have never seen any evidence of people effectively bringing up genetically inferior bodyparts. Notice that most claims are never proven with photographic evidence.

have you during your years training had a bodypart that was lagging or not very good to begin with and brought it up be as good or maybe even better than other parts of your body?

Chest.

I started with a naturally wide frame, so my delts and lats grew quickly.
BUT, my chest/pec development lagged behind the first few years.
I gave up  flat BB benching and relied on heavy inclines followed by pumping super set workouts.

I never got a side chest shot like Arnold, but my chest became a decent body part .
