It involves a time travel bicep machine. Much to complex for us mere mortals.

In all the years I have posted here I have never seen any Hypertrophy theory from you. Zero. Just a big mouth who thinks he is an expert.

Not a single person other than myself has used my improved and simpler version of my machine. Training with dumbbells and barbells for biceps is now obsolete.

Lifting weights isn't rocket science. ::)

Do you train anything other than biceps??

Hypertrophy theory is as difficult as rocket science. Most here couldn't read the science and that includes myself.

It is literally too difficult except to specialists in the field. All we can do is read the abstracts and try to fathom what the results

mean for bodybuilding.

However, re the application of hypertrophy theories that is another thing and anecdotally one can make conclusions that

could be relevant to the science. What is strange is that I doubt any exercise scientist is interested in maximum hypertrophy.

Nope, you can dump them all in the ocean and do everyone a favour. I so hate the noise they make in the gym and the primitive mentality that accompanies the din.

You believe machines are preferable on this particular muscle? Is there some science you have read behind this? Or personal results?

The issue isn't what muscle you are training but how to effectively make any of them grow. Biceps are not easy to get bigger after you reach the intermediate stage.

I have the only existing and working biceps-supinator machine. It obsoletes all other biceps machines and certainly does away with barbells and dumbbells. Thank goodness for that.

I am not trying to convince anyone lifting weights of anything whatsoever. Most are too thick to benefit from what I have to offer.

Yes....I recall seeing pictures of it. Do you have a you tube video of you using it and explaining how it functions? I am genuinely interested. If I recall it looks similar to the bicep curl machines you see at any gym.

Do you get good results from it?

Have you sold it to anyone as of yet?

It doesn't look anything like other biceps machines. It has resistance in two degrees of freedom while other machines have it in only one degree. Therefore, the mechanical tension that can be put on both heads of the biceps muscle is increased and if an effective protocol is used the muscle will grow rapidly. It is daunting using it because of the increased intensity involved.

With this statement you have disqualified yourself from serious discussion re hypertrophy. You shouldn't be a moderator on the training forum either.

Pics and vids.

I doubt it is daunting but I'll go with that for now.

Basile is a no one in the fitness industry. You can see how jealous he is of Arnold and others, that he tries to hold onto any credibility with a theory of hypertrophy and a nonsense bicep machine. Basile is pathetic in every sense.

So where is Aaron Singerman, Carl's mate? Maybe he can vouch for hapless Carl? On the other hand, anyone who relies on selling supplements already has lost credibility.

is this an indirect slap at Goodrum, Vince? ;D
