Basile is a no one in the fitness industry. You can see how jealous he is of Arnold and others, that he tries to hold onto any credibility with a theory of hypertrophy and a nonsense bicep machine. Basile is pathetic in every sense.

Yes I remember that picture. I never really noticed the "Chris Isaac" shirt until just now.

It's a bit of an odd looking machine...I'd like to see him use it.

Sorry Vince but I'm just not daunted.

Pics and vids.

I doubt it is daunting but I'll go with that for now.

I foolishly released some photos of the machine. I hardly want another manufacturer to copy the design. So there won't be a video forthcoming.

I used the machine recently to see how I went with a hard workout supersetting triceps as well. My biceps were sore the next day and I can tell you that has

rarely occurred in the 57 years I have been training. It really is a breakthrough in training the muscle. The effort required to trigger hypertrophy is substantial

and that impacts on the motivation to do it. The machine is so effective it makes one want to refrain from using it. Sounds bizarre but this is what happened. This

happens because the intensity and pain is increased and the effort to keep doing lots of sets isn't pleasant. Were I a young fellow with ambitions that would be

different and I would welcome the challenge.

The machine has had a major modification since that photo was taken 10 years ago. It is now simpler and much more user friendly.

With this statement you have disqualified yourself from serious discussion re hypertrophy. You shouldn't be a moderator on the training forum either.
Unlike you, I actually lift and train. All you do is talk about it....when was the last time you actually worked out?

Have you patented it so you can sell it? If this is so great why keep this awesomeness to yourself. Share it with the world.

Can you tell us if any other equipment manufacturer posts on Getbig? Arthur Jones used to say that people laughed when he first announced his Nautilus inventions.

Eventually others copied Nautilus and the rest is history. My machine does what I say it does. Don't worry about any photoshopping.

I know Vince. You know, sometimes I stare at my microwave and pretend it's a TV. After all, it's my machine and it does what I say it does.
