To be fair I can't say I've seen him do anything in his moderator status so I have yet to see if he's a good moderator or not.

Clearly he doesn't train seriously but that doesn't bother me. I don't see why a moderator has to be into bodybuilding/health/nutrition, etc. There are many fans of getbig that don't lift.

His appearance, thought he might look like an athlete of some kind. A quick review of his post show combativeness and insults. Not exactly fair and evenhanded behaviour. How old is he?

He was an athlete back in the 80s.

So what are your qualifications besides having a big mouth? What have you studied? If you are not an expert in the field you won't be able to know if someone else is or not. Don't come here all high and mighty when you know bugger all.

Has your "theory" undergone scientific investigation?
If it has undergone scientific investigation, were randomized controlled trials used?
Has your theory been scrutinized by other scholars in your field?
Has your theory undergone peer-review?
Has your "theory" been published?

I don't have to be an expert in the field of exercise physiology to know that if you cannot answer yes to at least ONE of the above questions, then your "theory" is just a bunch of ideas with absolutely no merit. I only need an understanding of the scientific process to know that ideas need to be reviewed and scrutinized in numerous ways. If not, it means absolutely nothing to the rest of the world. Your "theory" only matters in your pea sized brain, which no one gives a shit about, but you. If that's okay with you, then so be it. However, your "theory" and bicep machine are both crap.
