Arnold had decent legs considering the equipment he had to build them with.

Modern thigh equipment is incredible compared to the 1970's.

How many top guys today even do back squats? Hardly any...

Just go watch Pumping Iron, I still do probably once a month. Arnold is perfection, no other way around it. Arnold's arms look like 3 mountains stacked on top of each other there, the separation and peak incredible and that's 40 years ago.
