I better do some catching up.  Wednesday 24th  Trained back

Lat pulldowns to the front x 3 sets
One arm db rowes x 4 sets
Seated pully rowes x 4 sets

Thursday 25th  Just 30 mins cardio on treadmill at gym

Today I am going to train chest and delts and do some cardio as well.  Will post that up when it's completed.   :)

edit*  forgot to add in abs....just three sets of reverse crunches on an incline board  3 x 10 reps...since my stomach was giving me grief with the tenderness/pain/pms

Trained delts, traps and abs today.

Overhead presses, 5X15-6
Side lateral raises, 4X15-8
Body Masters back delt raises, 4X15-8
Standing front DB delt raises, 4X15-8
Shrugs, 4X15-8
Cable upright rows, 3X15-10
Fast-Trac, 3X25
Nautilus abs crunch, 2X25
Nautilus rotary torso, 2X25
Nautilus back raise, 2X25

Essentially the resistance was pretty much the same as last time I did this routine which was on 7-11, I did increase a couple of things and upped the reps here and there. All in all, it was a good workout which I accomplished in about an hour.

What you are trying to say here is that you are completely crazy!

Question, do you think older women don't shave because they have little to shave? Maybe this is too much information,  but my wife plucks her facial hair at least twice a week and she is Irish and Scotch. These are not women known for facial hair.

What about older men who shave or trim their body hair? I trim my back hair at least once a week. Is that gay? LOL!

Incidentally, peanut butter on toast in the morning is delicious and nutritious. I am an Adams all natural peanut butter fan.

Hey! She's a lady. Ladies don't like having a beard.

I get that you are single and so you don't know how it is with women as they age. Probably all your girlfriends are barely legal....kidding! Anyway, after menopause, many women get unwanted facial hair. Some spend a fortune having it removed via electrolysis. Some just suffer constant plucking. Hormone changes are a bitch for women. If Karen is willing to be honest with you, she will confirm what I know to be true. Trust me, if my wife can get unwanted facial hair as fair as she is, any woman can. As I remember, my mom had the same issues.

Tell me, do you shave or trim you pubes? In the age of Metrosexual males, a lot of men do.

Here is my theory; we are a all just a bunch of hairy monkeys who are trying to look more evolved. I shaved my legs today! LOL.

I am extremely lucky as I am not hairy and I have never had to pluck any hairs off my face or wax hair above my lip. Hell I would give anything to have my eyebrows a little thicker. I love bushier eyebrows. I shave my legs once a week and as my arm pits and Brazilian have been lazered, I just shave a few blond hairs that the laser couldn't get.

Worked pecs today. Did not do 55 sets of anything.

Weight 208 (seem to be getting right back up there).

Feeling really sore from both the back and deltoid workouts, so I decided to use more Nautilus equipment then usual.

Hammer flat bench press, 6X15-6 Pyramid style finishing off with 12 reps
Nautilus incline bench press, 5X15-8
Hammer decline press, 4X15-8
Nautilus dips, 3X12-8
Nautilus fly, 6X15-8
Nautilus pullovers, 3X15-10
Body Masters fly, 3X15

Had too much scotch last night which seemed to have sapped my energy today at the gym. At least I showed up and went through the motions.

The weather is humid and uncomfortable. Yesterday, I took advantage of the sun and laid out in the back yard naked for an hour. No need to pay for tanning during the summer. I had to mist myself with the hose several times to keep from melting altogether.

Why so many sets? I suggest going to Elington Darden's site check his methods. I trained with him in Deland FL the Nautilus Facility where Casey trained on the same equipment. Also trained with Mentzer at Gold's Venice he had me just do 3 sets to failure on chest. Pec Deck, Smith Incline and Decline Press.

wanted to go in the gym later and Train but i had some bad News today, my Father in law died today and lost his fight with cancer. I will go and pay my last respects to him later. At least he has his peace now. He was a very good man and we sat many times together and drunk wine in his Garden. I have some very fond memories of him. A very religious man and i hope he is where he believed in.

Sorry to hear of your loss. How is your wife doing? It is so difficult to lose a parent even when you know their passing is eminent.

I will check Elington Darden's site out, http://www.drdarden.com/ for ideas. Having just briefly looked at the site, the before and after photos are interesting in that there isn't a real dramatic change for most of the folks.
