Papa Johns Pizza - Nuclear filth
« on: June 12, 2015, 11:28:57 AM »
I usually order my pizza from a NY style pizza joint.  Thin crust, great pizza.  The leftovers usually last a day or two before the crust just gets too hard to eat.

Last week I had a coupon for a free Papa Johns and ordered it.  It was okay tasting but a 2/10 compared to the NY pizza.  I put the leftovers in the fridge and forgot about it.  This morning I took it out and the crust was still soft, I smelled it and took a bite and it was the same as the day I ordered it over a week ago.  What kind of shit are they adding to it that a week later it still smells and tastes the same as the day I ordered it?

a common ingredient that many large corporations use as filler is wood shavings...no lie, they label it as "cellulose" to mislead people about what they are actually consuming

Since I've had to change of my diet because of liver disease, I think I'm going to try a cheese less pizza. Has anybody tried this before?  ???

I hate cheese. Never eat it. Shit stinks. But like pizza and would not see myself eating it without cheese. just finished my leftover from last night!

Blaze Pizza. Maria and Arnolds son are invested in it, so it would be getbig related.

I hear he jerks it so much on busier nights at PJ's that they find some of his knee cartilage in the butter!

Never get chain food pizza. The best one's are the places where old folks eat. Why? They don't put up with the crap quality food of today's chains... They put more love into their food as well.

Ehhh old people tend to not have as many taste buds at that point, or are too sensitive to flavors so they really dont know good food and prefer blandness. My ex used to work at a pizza place that was one of the worst, but was always packed with the elderly.

Odd as every place I ever eat at that has good food, is filled with geezers, lol! My buddies hate to eat there because of that! But the cool/trendy places have such loud music, crap food and high prices. BAh, not like I'll be picking up any of those waitresses anyway's so I go where I know there's good food and they happen to be shitty looking places most the time filled with old people.

But one place, I had to stop going. Just too disgusting. Waitress is an obvious crack or meth user, super skinny, looks horrible. Can't talk without having to cough and just feel uneasy looking at her. So I have them deliver.

I never put cheese on my pizza. I prefer it.

I am not sure why or when I started making my pizza this way, but I can say that I couldn't imagine putting cheese on pizza anymore.

One Saturday morning at work some little nerd operator who had worked nightshift had left half if his meat feast pizza in the canteen, I assumed he was saving it for his Saturday overtime shift. I was disgusted by this and felt he didn't deserve the other half and promptly took it back to our own bait cabin and devoured it.

The ingredient list looks pretty normal to me?  Probably one of the better chain pizzas you can get.  Now Dominos on the other hand.   :-X
