This! When I was younger I had all these weights and measurements I'd like to achieve. I'm now just over 19 inches with a pump and they still look too fucking small next to my shoulders and torso.

I'm starting to think it's a case of use SEO or settle.

Growing up watching Arnie, 22 is my magic number. I just don't think it's realistic without some needle trickery or doses I'm not atm comfortable with. I have more Wolf or Levrone shaped biceps. I wasn't blessed with super peaks.

I have decent bicep peaks, but terrible triceps mass. If I had matching triceps, I would already have 19s and be happy (hahaha). I train the fuck out of triceps and they are decently strong (close-grip bench with 275), but they don't grow for fuck-all. Team Ruhl for all bis and no tris!

Also, I am pretty sure that Arnold never hit 22 with a lean arm.
