He's a retired pro BB , but he had his 15 min of IFBB fame.
I went to his seminar once at a contest I was judging.
King had a lot of interesting, useful information .
I wouldn't want to pay his fee , but I'd enjoy having him guide me thru contest prep.

I think you could do a lot worse then having King train you.
