i dont expect him to be on a world class boxing level but common now.. boxers go 12 rounds, used to be 15 back in the day... this dude is done after 2 rounds... he has no footwork, he cant put a combination together, he get hit all the time from every angle possible, just walking into punch after punch... yeah he's a heavy dude and im sure some of his kicks hurt but werdum was able to grab his foot with both of his hands, thats not a very snappy kick... he can take a punch and im sure he hits pretty hard but you dont have to stand in front of him (someone should tell that to werdum) and nobody can say that cain is the fastest guy in the world so even if he comes after you how about moving outta the way... i dont know man.
the heavy weight division of mma is not something to brag about, it really isnt.

Sometimes used to be even more than 15 rounds, back in the day.  Jack Johnson regularly fought 20 round bouts.  lol @ some of these guys, who can't go two rounds, at a relatively slow pace, before gassing.

i do like werdum though, i read he only started training at age 20, he's 37 years now and doesnt have as boxers background yet he brought up late in his career to a level when its at least on par with anyone else in the division... he doesnt look like a natural heavy weight either id guess he fought as a lighter guy earlier in his career... he gone very far considering that.

his striking is very accurate

well cain do have a big head =)

but yeah his timing, reach advantage use of angles and precision is very good, he doesnt present the most pretty boxing to look at but you cant deny the result...
and he must have a good clinch to cain didnt want any of it, and trying to take him down ended the fight so that makes quite a solid well balanced fighter. he is also tough and seems to be able to push for a long time not giving up. so cant really find much to complain about when it comes to werdum except that i think he should move more and would benefit from better footwork

junior dos santos just seem punch drunk every time i see him, i dont think he will need to take many hits to go down
werdum will punch him twice then while he try to recover get his neck and choke him out.

oh well it was an interesting fight to watch and beforehand i cant say i was too sure who wouldve won, not that i wouldve put any money on it... its just that now when we know the results the hw division doesnt seem very exciting.

BTW ,Werdum boxing is horrible, no foot work , no head movement , easy to hit  , very slow ......Werdum started looking  like Roy Jones Jr  after Cain was completely  gassed (mid of 2nd rd).
Against Dos Santos if he doesn't  get the sub in the 1st rd  , he will get Koed in the 1st rd.

Cain got gassed due to the ring rust .. high altitude.. in Vegas he will keep the same pace he kept in the first round which he couldn't do in Mexico..
