Figure competiton

the wife is looking to compete next year in figure and she wants to at a high level.
she is doing a bikini contest this year to work on stage presents and getting a feel for it.

she is 5'5" 135lbs and 18-19%bf currently. has a nice visible 6 pack
She has been training hard for about 10 months, before that was not exactly weight training.
she has a great physique and is naturally built for this, we also hired her a professional figure athlete to help her get her diet lined out perfectly. She has her starting a 12 week prep for the bikini contest soon.

What i am trying to figure out is how to help her put on the muscle and stay lean for next year. she took some var at 10mg per day for 4 weeks last year and responded very well. i have read alot of positive reviews on women taking gh and actually being able to put on some muscle with it in the off season. then run var eca clen t3 gh during a prep and then cut the gh before the show. im not at your guys level on the bb side of things, im into powerlifting and strongman.
