Not really. Two different scenarios.Ferguson and Baltimore involved the shooters being police. In SC, the shooter was a civilian. There is usually less outcry when a civilian kills someone, as opposed to a police officer.Apples and oranges.
this was a case of true racism and shit could have gotten ugly quick but it didn't and that's the point I'm trying to make
So, what you're saying is race relations are better in the South, or that the South is more civilized? I would agree with both.
Sometimes shit stuff should be allowed to continue standing, to remind us of our heritage, and to serve as a warning to others. If that were not the case, God would put Shizzo in a wheelchair.
Yes because taking down a historical flag is really gonna change people's lives
Guess how long that "historic" flag has been flying at the SC statehouse?
Lol, put that on a tshirt and take a stroll.
I think it's a moot point but I assume a long time
In ferguson and Baltimore, the dudes deserved to die. In SC they didn't Knee grows to black people
Do you talk that way around family members?
It was put up in the 60's as a big fuck you to desegregation and the civil rights era. It doesn't have anything to do with SC history.
