probably a chiwauwa , afraid of a tiny little dog are we officer doolittle/?  stick to the donut shop less people will get hurt by your incompetance.... this isn't meant to the good cops out there. but i've seen these guys in action part time cops with no training.. i saw one like this driving through town chasing a german shepherd shooting at it, with no regard to the general public..
