in videos people say to him "oooh you are shredded 365 days a year" and he says "oh yes" but the fact he isnt... for example Ronnie at his biggest offseason @325 ponuds is more shredded than Ohearn in this picture,but Ronnie had quadriple mass over Ohearn so it looks like he isnt more shredded...i see ohearns face,he is shredded only for a couple photoshoots and thats it...other times he just maintain his size + veins...probably cause he is "scared" to be small

You can't stay in contest condition year round. It wears on you. He stays in extremely good condition, drugs or not it takes discipline.
