Mike needs to work on his taper. I would say target the lower lats and bring out the side deltoids.

I have actually trained quite a few individuals for bodybuilding contests and powerlifting meets. I just seem to have the knack for it.

Boooo, has that super gay "jeans tucked in boots" look. I never thought it would catch on, but like everything else that bugs me, it became HUGE here.

Would make more sense to wear capri's with those boots as they'd tuck in nice and neatly, no?
