Man is not destroying the Earth.. Don't believe the nonsesne "settled science". Just as many reputable scientists dispute global whatever as those that support it... It take 15 years to make weather " climate" and if we cool ANOTHER consecutive couple years we will officially have cooling climate
Man is an animal with a short sight and only caring mostly about present time and "tomorow" or "next week". Each individual virtually at war with all others for food, resources, jobs, mates.
Multiply this by 9 billions and obviously at some point we will damage the earth beyond the point of possible return. If not done already.
Imagine some natural or man made cataclysm -fukushima or another nuclear disaster- makes most of the earth surface so polluted men cant survive there, it would dramatically reduce the living space of what remains of the human race. Then these few people would probably still fight each others for the remaining resources. All scenarii can be imagined, but considering humans are just clothed egocentrical monkeys i doubt we ll ever leave this earth nor stay on it forever. At some point some thing will happen and we will
have to adapt or disapear, it s mathematical. But for now on...lets focus on today s schedule , work, doing groceries, planning our next workout , waiting for the next movie release, next fuck session, and blindly refueling your car over and over again with oil perfectly knowing one day you wont be able to do so anymore...but hey, who gives a fuck, you only live once right, or smthg along these lines.
Man is the only animal who is conscious he s condemned but still keep going on by willingly focusing on...himself, his own pleasure, as a driving force. Needless to say it s impossible it ends well for anyone on this planet.
