You can clearly see at the end of the clip, that Kongo had a lot left to give on that particular "training exercise". It was Coach who tired out, and stopped the drill. It honestly looked like Kongo was barely working. Didn't look like he got much out of it.

Maybe the ineffective training is what led to his previous losses.
