Wrong. He could have just chosen to remain silent on the issue and not bring any attention to himself. Not every famous person is in favor of gay marriage. But the ones that arent, are probably keeping quiet.

If Arnold was stringently anti-gay marriage, he probably would not have said anything on the issue. Just left it alone. Therefore, not drawing positive or negative publicity.

And I do agree that Arnold is an opportunist. Most people like him are. I was just making the point that Arnold is pretty much set for life, and doesn't need to grasp hold of every single opportunity to promote himself or make money. Sure, it helps, but hes Arnold. Guys like him always find a way to make more and more money. That's really all I was saying.
