I drag myself to the gym 4-5 days a week. Lift weight for 45 - 60 minutes. If that's training, I do it
I'd love to do more basic power and strength moves now that I'm training for basic fitness.BUT, at 56, my low back is shot and my right shoulder has osteo-arthritis ( diagnosed by my doc)Any suggestions?
