A gay pride parade, anywhere in the world, or any parade like Macy's Thanksgiving or the New Year's rose parade, would be an easy target for a terrorist attack.

Hmm, don't know if you're in on the joke or not.  your post suggests not.  which is saying you're world view is so ridged that you won't even watch a 3 minute video with a critical eye.  If you had you would see that the video is about CNN reporters being punked.  It wasn't an ISIS flag, but a black flag with a white circle with dildos and butt plugs where the arabic writing would be.
