saw him guest pose 3 years ago, guy is timeless. looked fantastic and better than the likes of Roelly, Branch and the other pro's competing at the show.
only Flex lewis had the same aesthetic appeal, everyone in the crowd was more impressed with Benfatto than the actual competitors

Great physique but his waist wasn't close to the size of his arms.
He may have had legit 19" arms with a 30" waist.

His waist is a lot bigger now but he still looks great, sans pec.

John Brown's pec tear looked way worst IMO. Benfatto still looks great, must be the all-valium diet.  :-X

i've got the exact same pec tear, Levrone's i think was a full rupture at the tendon so a straight forward re-attachment  and wasn't badly deforming, similar to Freeman's.
but Benfatto's was at the musculo-tendon juntion same as mine, no way to hide the deformity. pec bunches up and surgery is complicated.

worst i've seen on stage is Federov but he's always relied on his sheer mass, Benfatto all about symmetry and aesthetics so its a shame he suffered one.

He was lacking thickness in his delts & sweep on his quads, but yeah, he has that flow & a good face

when he won the worlds there video somewhere he turned pro as a middle weight,he was bigger than his 90 debut'drug free'lol mro ,he was real thick looking top to bottom but smoothish for him,its like he revamped his body totally to the chiseled version we are used to..i have pic i'll post it..

AFAIK, the '90 mr 'O was the only drug tested mr 'o, correct? Joe was pretty delusional when he thought that drug testing would be the key to acceptance by the Olympic Committee

he tried but it was ben weider who took it more seriously ,they loved wearing there ifbb blazers and the logo as some sort of goverened sport...they took a rather simple art form/hobby lifting/then bodybuilding show wise and made millions from it..like most sports,,
