It was his "work ethic" and ability to come in more shredded than anyone on the planet that got Gaspari as far as he got in bodybuilding. His genetics were less than ideal...kind of like the Branch Warren of his day.

Apparently he had many many gyno surgeries, which caused almost like a lazy nipple. Its been talked aout alot over the years. Not sure whats going on with those new pics tho, looks like a implant...kudos for taking his shirt off and not caring.
