Has Getbig made you change some things in your daily life?

Do you drink more earl grey tea?

Do you buy more white towels and grapefruits?

Do you call black friends hebrews?

Have you included Getbig vocabulary such as "wider than", "brutal", "flotsam" etc. into your IRL speech?

Oh, it has. But I think everybody is getting tired of me pinching that last .5cm on my abs and muttering, "Jesus, I look like shit"

Especially when every other man I can see even a decade younger looks like a red beachball or a cadaver.

Especially when every other man I can see even a decade younger looks like a red beachball or a cadaver.

With decent nutrition, proper training & plenty of sleep you will look better than +95% of the folks you see on the beach or a swimming pool. It's actually not that hard to look better, even with average genetics.

I have my own gym and my own pool, so I never am really confronted with what the "real world" looks like without a shirt. I just assume that everybody else looks like an Olympia lineup.

Well, it's changed me in that I don't like bb or pursue it actively anymore LOL. Today I "just lift".

Showed me that the majority of it is smoke and mirrors.

I'm here today on GB....well....because I've been here for so long.

I don't think everyone that participates in bb is "all bad". I just slowly lost interest once the "dark side" was slowly revealed.

Plus, seeing bbs die every single year now who were in their 20s, 30s and 40s.....that's definitely left a mark.

Bingo! I actually think of getbig in daily situations:

1. When I see an attractive female, I think of how her pic would look in a WYHI post.
If I see a group of females, I think , WYHI ( in order).

2. When I look in the mirror shirtless , I often think ;
" Damn, your body looks like Basile now ...kill yourself."

3. When I see an un-mowed yard, I immediately think of Navy Mike.

4. When I saw the rainbow light on the White House, I actually thought:
" I'll bet Coach is throwing stuff at his TV"

5. When the pro gay marriage decision was announced I actually thought:
" I wonder if Goodrum will reunite with Vissy and get married now"
