Well, this is pretty odd.  I'll hopefully have more information shortly but the summary is that IML is suing Blackstone for  trademark infringement of "Super DMZ".  Not sure why this has happenned

Most likely IML is trying to draw attention to BSL.  Possibly trying to get the FDA and/or DEA to take interest in BSL.  That way they can have them out of the business for good.  Sounds like Aaron and PJ pissed of the wrong people.

Well, BSL is not selling anything illegal and they have no business holdings involving it.  IML on the other hand is openly selling Clen and other stuff at IronMag Research.  Its basically suicide for them and Aaron is not going to lose a wink of sleep as they are financially healthy and a much larger company than IML at this point

So a synthetic drug candidate from Merck (their product "MK-ULTRA") and another synthetic drug candidate from GTx Pharmaceutical are "not illegal"? Those Blackstone products are illegal. Period. Selling those unapproved new drug candidates as supplements is as illegal as it gets.

Well, I spoke with Louis Uridel for about an hour last night.  He apparently tried to get Aaron and PJ to make an agreement never to use the trademark "Super DMZ" on their products.  Recently, they came out with Super DMZ 4.0 and with the product selling for 99 buck retails, they were afraid that Aaron would copy the formula and start using the same thing. Apparently, the response Louis received was to pretty much go fuck himself so Rob decided to not only file suit against BSL but in addition to sue for retroactive royalties on the original Super DMZ.

I honestly do not have any dog in this fight but I didn't think it was a good idea to take this to the courts.  The Super DMZ name has too many trap doors and alarms roaming around.  Its practically a calling card for the Feds and the lawsuit makes it even more louder.  But they are going through with it.  Louis isn't doing the litigation because he was hired as an attorney at counsel so he's basically a liason and deals more with the paperwork side of IML.
