So a synthetic drug candidate from Merck (their product "MK-ULTRA") and another synthetic drug candidate from GTx Pharmaceutical are "not illegal"? Those Blackstone products are illegal. Period. Selling those unapproved new drug candidates as supplements is as illegal as it gets.

To suggest that a manufacturer can relax and simply manufacture is ridiculous.  It doesn't work that way.  The manufacturer has to be active in all aspects of their business and if the distributor is not selling units, it most definitely IS a problem for the manufacturer.
