He vehemently claims to be one of the healthiest competitive bodybuilders. Says his blood-work always come back perfect. Claims to be very conservative with his gear usage.

I can't help but be skeptical.

Kudos to Meadows. Very down to earth guy. His training principles have worked well for me. It is nice to see a guy who has a life outside of bodybuilding/fitness that can also speak intelligently. Trains harder than 95% pros out there.

Wow, didn't know that. I came in here to shit on the guy (not the first time) but hell, gotta give him some props there. Conditioning seems on point, shape isn't complete shit by modern standards...

Too bad for bodybuilding.sports has become over crowded with genetically inferior people try to reach the top with hormone abuse.any 65kg genetically gifted bodybuilder with 5% of his stack would crush him on stage.
