post a pic "radicalplato" instead of writing your life story
lol, didnt you read his post, he just keeps fit , hes not going to take his shirt off and post a picture, hes not concerned with looks, guy is lean and athletic because it suits his chosen sports.
Sev, sometimes its better to not post pics as you should be fully aware by now.
I don't know what I have to gain from posting a pic, maybe a few compliments from well meaning individuals but also a lot of hate from those more than likely in far worse shape than I am. I am 42 and feel no need to prove myself to anyone and I don't really want my picture floating around there in the
Getbigosphere for everybody and anybody to mess with. I only compete with myself and like anybody else I am never fully satisfied with how I look, but this is what keeps me motivated, always striving to improve.
At my age I just feel blessed to be able to train, albeit I always seem to be working around some minor injury or niggle. Not only this, I used to be overweight, from slightly overweight in my early twenties to obese in my early to mid thirties, only seriously turning it around in the last few years. The biggest change I made was diet, the types of foods I consumed and the amount. I always eat clean and never eat junk food. I simply don't crave junk foods anymore. Plus I think for me, cheating is the doorway back to the darkside, it is just easier for me to avoid certain foods altogether. I always knew diet was the key but couldn't quite manage to work it all out until my mid thirties.
Cleanest natural, I wasn't hating, I think you do a good job, I just didn't realize you were putting your clients on gear.
