Granted there is not many of them but, ill go first.

As much as Palumbo is a POS scumbag conman lying cheat, Fiberlyze actually works, tastes pretty good and is worth the money IMO.

Who knows what that liar puts in it (Chinese newspaper, recycled Species Boxes?) but it is the most effective fiber supplement out there.

Never tried any of his other products

How do you know Fiberlyze works? Its impossible to know if the gains you are seeing are the result of Fiberlyze or some other variable.

The only way to know for sure that Fiberlyze is actually effective is to run a randomized controlled clinical trial (RCTs) while holding all other variables constant. This is the best way to determine if results are related to Fiberlyze.

The only bodybuilding supplement to withstand the scrutiny of RCTs for muscle building is creatine.

I do remember those first couple of batches of Hot Stuff™. God DAMN did I hit the gym like a madman. Dunno what they put in there (the rumors abound), but it was great.

By tub #3, the thrill was gone and I never bought #5.

I miss that stuff. Was a mix of Ephedrine, Amphetamines, Coke, Crack and a little protein in Tang orange juice mix.

Creatine is the only supp i know of that you can see that works,adds size cause of water and get a little stronger.Havent used in years but it did work a little bit.
