Unreal.  7 yr old boy was shot watching fireworks.
Sadly, his dad had been arrested 45 times...yup 45 arrests.
It seems a lot of these shooting are gang related.
Obviously , the tougher gun laws are not effective in Chicago.

i downloaded an police scanner app a while back, after i laid the wood on my woman , we laid in bed an decided to listen in on the local police scanner here in burbank , we almost fell asleep it was so boring it was just chatter back and forth every 5 min about nothing

i then flipped it to chicago , man every 30 seconds there was a crime being committed, industrial building break in , domestic violence , man brandishing a weapons, guns fired , mother vs son fight, and all this was like in 5 min span compared to listening for 20+min from my local PD

The thing that cleaned D.C. up was the end of the street level crack trade, gentrification, and a ton of cash that followed it. They basically priced the criminals out, and they in turn, took the crime with them to other states.

I was in in the hosp. w/ one of these kids from Chicago.  He was like bragging how many people die everyday in his neighborhood that never make the news.
