Some women just never learn. Regardless of who started it, never raise your fists unless you are willing to fight, let alone strike a man. No man ever threatens to hit another man and expects to be able to do it with impunity. No man hits another man and expects no retaliation. Men take violence and the threat of it seriously, women need to learn this. It is idiotic to put faith in some universal chivalrous code. In the modern world it is law of the jungle, learn the rules and play accordingly.

As a man if some douchebag was bumping and knocking me in a confined environment like that, I simply remove myself from the situation, that's exactly what that woman should of done. Instead, her mistaken belief that her vagina was a protective cloak got her a mild concussion.

No she is being viewed as a victim. Many miss that she kneed him in the groin too.

I don't condone what he did at all but she gets a free pass for being a woman. Feminists seem to want it both ways with everything.

I fully support men being able to defend themselves. There is no justification for a weaker sex to be able to do they want to other people. For example, a guy with one arm for example, is he allowed to beat people up because he is "weaker"? Fuck that.

if a man the SAME SIZE as her called him a bad word, kneed in nuts, and punched him - and got a punch for it - we'd be applauding the player for protecting himself, even against a smaller opponent.

So gender lets them off the hook, right? NO. If Iris Kyle or some other very strong female kneed and punched the QB, and he punched back, nobody would be yelling about it.

So it's some combo of BOTH female AND smaller that makes punching her in self-defense unacceptable.

Did he over-react, punch harder than he had to? Of course - but legally, if I walk up to a dude - on video - call him a name, knee and punch him, and he delivers a nasty upercut to put my lights out, nobody is singing sad songs for me... I had that shit coming.
