I'm not actually familiar with this term, but I take it to mean either:
1. Eating once per day or
2. Eating within a small, e.g. 4 hour, period each day.
Has anyone done this for a long time, as in a year or more? If so:
1. When do you eat? E.g. morning, evening, 6-10 pm, etc.
2. When do you workout, especially with relation to your meal(s)?
3. Do you eat once, or more? How do you structure your 'meals'?
4. Any other tips?
