He should have refused to pay taxes in a "sanctuary city" and he could have been out of prison much faster.

What a shocker, a theist who is not really a theist. Typical hypocrite.

His son Eric Hovind took over operation of CSE after Kent began serving a ten-year prison sentence in January 2007 for federal court convictions on 58 counts: 12 tax offenses, one count of obstructing federal agents, and 45 counts of structuring cash transactions.

If you knew anything about this case, Which you dont. You'd know he was politically persecuted because of his beliefs.

It was a period of time when you were searching for alot of answers.

And not to say that I am 100% in agreement with everything Brother Hovind preaches.

But I agree, it was a disgusting overreach by the federal government in his case and should cause alarm for other US citizens.

Wiggs, I remember hearing about him being locked up back when it happened in like 2006/7 maybe. I was actually watching his creation DVD's with a friend when I heard about it and it really pissed me off. Glad hes now a free man.

If the man could bring some sort of direction or guidance to a group of men whose lives are no doubt filled with chaos and pessimism during such a difficult time, I don't understand how anybody could be against that.
