I think it's silly for him to say all natural.

The first time I've ever heard "all natural" mean no synthol is from Gustavo. It's a misleading term. No one is all natural that's in the IFBB, that mean sno gear.

I doubt Gustavo would say... "Dianabol, Deca, and Test but No synthol".. instead of "all natural"..

Just goes to show how retarded that freaking sounds.

You don't get a pump when you lift a weight that is so heavy you can only do it once or twice. Anyone who's ever lifted weights in their life knows this.

here is youre original advice to bob and j jackson training light ( j jackson being a powerlifter on the side mind you)
Bodybuilders use lighter weight because it's easier to control and you can get the pump that makes muscles grow easier with lighter weight. Perhaps weight that is about your 20 rep max. I'm sure these guys could use massive weight but it's harder to get a pump when you max out at 2 or 3 reps.
