Current diet..
1. Four eggs 1/2 cup rice
2. 1 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup blueberries
3. 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cup rice
4. Some sort of protein usually no more than 6oz, a veggie.
I have 2 glasses of wine a night.
This is fairly consistent. At present I'm taking 100mg prop a week.
Moral of the story. Don't let pics deceive you. I'm not photogenic. Even when you seen my pics. You probably wouldn't recognize me on the street. Weird I know. Probably eat less shit food than anyone I know and here as well. But I don't obsess over it.
Overall your diet looks good. It appears you don't eat enough vegetables and fruits (unless you consider wine a fruit). Don't you get tired of chicken? A half a chicken seems like a lot for one meal. Why not shoot for 6 - 8 oz. Too much protein is hard on your kidneys. Who does the cooking, you or your wife?
Like you, it is rare that I take a good photo. I'm not nearly as grouchy looking in person.
Also, I look heavier in most photos. I think that's normally the case with everyone.
BTW, you look pretty decent in the photos you put up from your contest days. Very few of us look the same as we did almost a decade ago.
For all the naysayers, most folks don't maintain contest condition year round and one's physique can change enormously in 8 years.
