I'm 32 years old and I'm guessing this is what getting old feels like. It is only 12pm, I'm horny, my girl is asleep, and I'm too tired to jack off.  :(

What time do you normally go to sleep?  If midnight is normally your REM time, you might not feel very energetic.

feeling old is a mindset. Recently there was a 92 year old woman who became the oldest marathon finisher. And she had an attitude that would make you ashamed of yourself.

When I was 32, I could hammer nails with my cawk 24x7. These days, the hammer isn't quite what it used to be. It's there when I need it, but it isn't a constant distraction.

eat more healthy (fruit, vegetables), get more sleep, do more cardio (like running)

tell ya.. one place i worked there was an old man who did lots of exercises on the chinning Bar...amazing strength and flexibility. Told me he never drove anywhere always on his Bicycle. Was a good guy.

For me personally, no amount of money/pussy/leisure time will match how much my kids worship me  8)

Wait til you're 35+, that was the breakingpoint for me.

Before 35 i still felt like a 20-year old regarding constitution, energy etc

I could party for 2 weeks straight abroad when it was 40+ celcius without that much effort.
Still energy in the tank and could still eat heavy. Sexual stamina was great before 35 as well.

Could still drink, party, train like when i was 20 without repercussions or consequences. Even at 30-34 yo.

Nowadays i get tired when the heat is 30+.

I guess you should've had less drinks and you'd still feel like that. My good friend, 50+, has been on gear tho', for many years, that fukker doesn't seem to get tired at all somehow. Still parties, still works a lot, works out, some people are really gifted. never ever drank, smoke, did drugs tho', just a very clean living all the way.
