It's from Final Countdown, bad ripped, on P2P for 7 years...
(with horrible "music" added by kids of bbdungeon)
It is worth buying it instead of ripping like a pig.

Sorry I can't help but laugh at the white guy behind shawn on that pec-dec thing...

He's minding his business doing his lift-thing and then all of a sudden these guys get next to him, take off their pants and start posing.

I also have a ripped copy of Final Countdown. I also feel guilty maybe I will order one of his other videos to make up for it.

I kick of out of seeing Shawn working out with that civilian (I think he was a doctor) and making him count the reps. Sean did you charge him for the priviledge?

Also in that video you had a "small" home and 3 expensive cars, that made no sense to me.

1994 Ray beat Yates, period.

BUT, Mike Quinn's critique of Ray being narrow is true.

To that I'd add a very unimpressive front lat spread - absolutely no "pop" when he hits it.

Strange as the Back lat spread is great.

Other than these 2 things though - PERFECT physique.

That being said, i miss the Contest Prep, I dont miss Competition.
I've turned the corner and love where I am in life in a Bigger House, 2 Cars, wife, kid, promoting, still traveling, 40, Happy, Healthy & Wealthy!

yea that was on BFTO 96 I have that video and i was thinking about deleting to make more memory but then fast forwarded it and thought shit Shawn Ray looked great here never going to see that again if i delete this so I kept it. Shawn looked great. For some reason i just want to smack paul dillet in the back of the head.

Shawn was awesome. His arms are among the best ever. The separation in his quads was crazy and the detail in his back was sick.

I bet shawn's current weight is close to his offseason weight of past,just not as trained and hard shape.I bet if he hit gym hard and some cardio ,he would close resemble his past without killing himself.Life goes on i guess even for him.killer build

Shawn Ray is probably one of the cooler pro's out there, when i met him, he took his time to talk and i took a pic with him, and didnt charge me anything..... my personal opinion is that hes mad cool

I'm sure if Shawn charged for a photo it was for fun not to a be an asshole! He was nice enough to let me train with him years ago and money was never even a topic. Great guy, hard work ethic and probably the last classic physique we'll ever see on a Pro!!!!!!!!!
