GRAHAM: TRUMP IS ‘GOING TO KILL MY PARTY’

Thursday on CNN, Republican presidential candidate Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said Donald Trump’s recent controversial comments on illegal immigrants are going to “kill” the Republican Party.

Graham  said, “He said something that has brought people who are frustrated about the immigration stem to life, but he also said it in a way that’s going to kill my party. Here is the problem with the Republican party nationally. We are getting 27 percent of the Hispanic vote. We are getting less than 10 percent of the African-American vote and about 25 percent, 26 percent of the Asian vote. You’ll never convince me that we’ve gone from 44 percent of the Hispanic vote now do you to 27 percent if it were not for the rhetoric around the immigration debate. This is a moment for the party. When Donald Trump says, who has done many good things, he sponsors charities for Wounded Warriors, he’s given a lot of money away to good causes, but as a presidential candidate he said the following, that most illegal immigrants are rapists and drug dealers and there may be some among them that are good. That’s reinforcing a narrative within the Republican Party and the Hispanic community that is going to destroy our ability to win a presidential election. And the party needs to be clear about how we handle this.”

GRAHAM: TRUMP IS ‘GOING TO KILL MY PARTY’

A few weeks ago on his show, Glen Beck called Graham the WORST REPUBLICAN SENATOR.

LOL @ Graham, a liberal with an (R) by his name, claiming he owns the Repub party.  While it's true that Trump is shitting all over the GOP brand and exposing the base to be a crass, rude bunch supporting a crass, rude candidate... it's no business of RINO Graham.

Trump/Arpaio 2016?

Projected attendance for a Donald Trump immigration speech in Phoenix alongside Sheriff Joe Arpaio far exceeds the 2016 candidate’s expectations.

From Vocativ.com:

Donald Trump will be in Arizona on Saturday to give a speech about immigration with the state’s most high-profile—and controversial—sheriff, Joe Arpaio. But if you want tickets to the sold out event, “ya all might wanna camp out [at the ticket office],” according to one of Trump’s supporters in the Grand Canyon State.

Trump’s speech with America’s self-proclaimed “toughest sheriff” initially was going to be held at the Arizona Biltmore resort in Phoenix. At the time, Trump’s campaign only expected about 1,000 people to attend the free event. Tickets, however, were gone within hours and organizers were forced to move the speech to a larger venue at the Phoenix Convention Center, where it again sold out almost immediately.

As of Friday morning, organizers expected 5,000 people to attend the event, with hundreds more on a waiting list hoping to get in. Demand for tickets is so great that they’re popping up on Craigslist, among other classified ad sites, where the going rate is $50.
