how do you apply them correctly? i'm really liking how they make the entire range of movement pain free on my knees...



i would assume you'd start from the bottome and just wrap up and tie in...but i could be wrong.

There is no real right or wrong way to wrap.  Some people like to cover the knee cap and other dont.  Some start at the bottom and work up and others are opposite.  Just wrap them so they feel good for you.   

I start below the knee and wrap up, cover the knee and tuck in at the top.
