When I train with someone weaker than me ( he has to be either famous or popular to get me views on my youtube channel)...And yes, I'll probably sacrifice the session ...

but will train with a tank top on and flex between sets To have the Bragging going and keep the BB stigma alive ..

Constance specifically said he likes training with and is motivated by O'hearn because of the weight he moves. Why would he lower the weight just because his training partner isn't as strong?

Ohearn is one of the most legit guys out there....stronger than most everyone and always in shape.
