I had Mexican workers working in my backyard for many years now, some are from Sinaloa, and they've told me many stories about how the cartels operate and... let me tell you, the heads of those cartels are not dumb people. They went out there and got experienced miners for them to build underground tunnels into the US. They went to the jails and got the worst most sadistic killers for their security, et cetera. When they drive around in Mexico, no one dares mess with them. They own Mexico.
