How long does your pump last?

i heard a radio interview with robbie robinson the other day, he was talking about having a pump lasting for days !! ::)

then we have the supplements claiming long lasting pump, you ever experienced that with any supplement?

pump is really important, it is the best version of you that will ever be right there and then.
if women could pump up their breasts with a few sets of bench presses before a night out, like men can, there would be a line to the bench press that would go around the whole block...

Robbie Robinson was Bull shittin ...

The only time you can feel pumped for long periods of time is after training heavy ...go to McDonnalds or Burger King and get loaded on junk food!!! you might take a serious dump after but the muscles will feel swollen  ....trust me even your traps feel pumped almost all day.

Let's say you train your bicep. You blood is rushing through your veins, and that's what we call a pump. You get a really tight feeling like your skin is about to explode any minute, it's like someone's is blowing air into your muscles. It just blows up, and you feel fantastic.
