However these tests will obviously err on the bad side the more concentrate your piss is but if you drink more water piss will be healthier. Its a faulty test in reality geared for angry scared people with 100% faith in medical community i would further prove its obselesence . Because testing is time dependant , one hour piss may seem bad the next min i drink kale n water then BAM piss is healthy

Concentration of certain chemicals in the blood stream. For example blood is made of 55% plasma.

Within reason, the body doesn't just completely change the blood concentration because of a marginal increase of water and green leafy vegetable intake.

Anyway they give you recommendations on what to drink(amount) before a blood test and many other physical tests for that matter.

Keep variables such as water intake and food intake prior to blood test(day, hours) before, consistent from the initial "control" test. Then any changes in the blood profile will be consistent with causation by alcoholism under hard training physical conditions.
